Trading card sales pay a 13.25% final value fee for sellers without a store or with a Starter Store subscription. Basic Store drops it slightly. eBay applies the fee to the total — item price + shipping + sales tax — plus a $0.30 per-order fee on orders ≤$10 or $0.40 on orders >$10.
Does eBay charge less on high-value Pokémon singles?
Yes. eBay runs a standing promotion giving 50% off the 13.25% final value fee on singles sold for $1,000 or more, applied to the portion up to $7,500. Above $7,500 the rate drops to 2.35%. So a $5,000 PSA 10 chase card pays roughly 6.6% instead of 13.25%.
How does promoted listings change the fee?
